Unlike traditional jewelers, we don't believe in mass producing because we make our Jewelry like they are meant for ourselves or our loved ones. Hence we place most of our emphasis on creating exclusive pieces.
The gold plating will last longer if it is treated correctly and our care instructions are followed. In case the polish goes dull, we offer a 100-day warranty on all our products that include polishing and a re-gold plating. Conditions apply which can be viewed on our ‘Product Warranty’ page.
Handmade jewelry is the benchmark for craftsmanship in fine jewelry as it requires highly skilled labor to manually control tools, materials and temperatures to accurately work the choice of metal being used. It is the jewelry that is made by hand without the use of machines molds or casting.
All our jewelry is carefully handcrafted with pure silver/chandi unless specifically mentioned, which makes the craftsmanship even more unique and each piece special.
We do not have a walk-in store at the moment but all our jewelry is displayed on the website with detailed photographs.

Currently we are operating with ‘cash on delivery’ or bank transfers. As soon as we start accepting cards you will see an option on the product page.
All products will be delivered within 7 to 10 days.
Since our pieces are handmade and not mass produced, our delivery takes a few days to either be made to order or to go through quality check. Once the pieces are ready, they are carefully packed in our signature boxes to be delivered safely.
In case of customized orders or products that are out of stock, deliveries may take up-to 15 days.
No shipping charges will apply, as we are offering free delivery nationwide.
With reasonable care, your jewelry can be a lasting treasure.
- If you're worried about your sterling silver jewelry dulling out, you should wear it more often. Believe it or not, your body's natural oils will keep your sterling silver shining.
- For routine care, it’s best to wash your silver jewelry. In a small bowl, stir a couple of drops of mild dish soap into warm water to create suds. Let your silver jewelry sit in the solution for about five minutes. Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub away tarnish from any crevices in the jewelry. Rinse each piece in a bowl of clean, warm water.
- Store your jewelry separately from each other as the metal may scratch the gemstone or pearl surfaces.
- It is advisable to take off your jewelry when performing household chores, gardening and outdoor sports.
- Jewelry can be damaged by many chemicals and all acids. The list includes hair spray, perfume, cosmetics, and even perspiration. Always
apply perfume, hair products and cosmetics before putting on your jewelry. Remember: when dressing, jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
We offer a 100 day product warranty on our products purchased directly from Silver & Bloom.
Our 100 Day warranty includes a fresh coat of gold plating, polishing and cleaning.
We also offer complimentary replacement for simulant stones (gemstones and pearls) that are less than 2 mm. Placement of stones in case of fixture issues will also be repaired under warranty.
Disclaimer: Loss of larger stones and genuine gems (exceeding 2mm) are not covered under our warranty and any large missing stones will have to be
paid for by the customer even during the warranty period.
