From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 10 days to love the pieces you ordered. If you decide your purchase is not right for you, you can simply choose another piece of the same price or opt for store credit and email us on hello@silverandbloom.com with the copy of your receipt and the product code of the piece you want in exchange.
Once we acknowledge the email, the exchange may take a maximum of 2 weeks and your product will be exchanged with love.
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the purchase receipt, and sent back in its original packaging.
Exclusions
Exchanges are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:
- Sale items: Any item purchased at a discount during an ongoing sale.
- Personalized jewelry: Any customized or personalized item.
The shipping cost will be covered by the customer and added to the exchange product receipt unlike the first purchase. The total cost will be confirmed with the customer before proceeding with the exchange.
